Rotational Cleaning Machines
Innovative Cleaning Solutions for Mass Production Industries
The WTS-R Series rotary washing machines are designed for effective cleaning of parts before assembly or packaging in mass production sectors. These machines provide the capability to perform washing, rinsing, passivation, and drying processes within a single chamber. The WTS-R Series offers an efficient cleaning experience by combining spray and immersion techniques.
Parts loaded into the machine, either manually or pneumatically, are washed, rinsed, passivated, and dried while rotating in the chamber according to the selected program. The system provides options for drying with hot air or vacuum, and an ultrasonic unit can be added optionally to enhance washing quality.
